At the prestigious Formula E event in Shanghai, we were entrusted with the construction and execution of the VIP lounge for ABB, the main sponsor of the event. Entrance and Structure
The VIP lounge featured an impressive 5.7-meter-wide entrance and extended over 9 meters in length, providing a grand and welcoming space for guests. Our team meticulously planned and executed the construction and light installations, coordinating with partner vendors to ensure flawless results.
Photo Booth and Design Collaboration
A key attraction within the lounge was the photo booth, adding an engaging element for attendees. While the design concept was led by our partner, WWP—responsible for VIP lounges worldwide—our team ensured the local adaptation and execution met the highest standards.
Hosting and VIP Tours
We also facilitated an expert host, fluent in multiple languages, who provided translation services and guided VIP clients on exclusive tours, including behind-the-scenes access to the garage and other event highlights.
