To support their expansion into the Chinese market, we conducted market research, developed a social media strategy, and managed their digital presence to connect with key industry audiences.

We started with in-depth market research, analyzing competitor positioning, industry trends, and audience insights to define the best approach for Amadeus in China. This research shaped our brand positioning and communication strategy to effectively target architects, designers, and construction professionals.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
To establish Amadeus’ presence, we built and managed their social media channels:
• Weibo – To reach a wider audience, including architects, designers, and consumers, raising awareness of Amadeus’ innovative glass sliding doors.
• WeChat – To connect with a more specialized audience, including construction professionals and architects, creating a direct channel for industry engagement.
